ABSTRACT: Addressing Barriers to Digital Inclusion in Vocational Training is crucial for ensuring that all students have equal access to digital resources and opportunities. This study explored the barriers to digital inclusion in vocational training and proposed strategies to overcome them. The objectives were: to identify the main barriers to digital inclusion in vocational training, to assess the impact of these barriers on students' learning experiences, and to develop strategies to enhance digital inclusion. A survey design was chosen for its ability to gather extensive data from a large number of respondents, providing a detailed analysis of the issue. A sample size of 280 vocational training students and instructors was selected using a purposive sampling technique to include those facing digital inclusion challenges. The case study focused on the Federal Science and Technical College, Yaba, Lagos State. Findings indicated that barriers such as lack of access to digital devices, inadequate internet connectivity, and insufficient digital literacy significantly hindered students' learning experiences. It was recommended that vocational training institutions should invest in providing affordable digital devices, improve internet infrastructure, and offer digital literacy programs to enhance digital inclusion for all students.
